Huge Tax Savings Deadline March 1

If you moved into a new home before January 1, 2008 and owned a previous home in the state of Florida you must apply by March 1 in order to transfer your accumulated “Save Our Homes” benefit to your new homestead.

The portability feature of the new amendment may not apply to you but the recent passing of Amendment one will benefit all future homeowners as well.
